Our SyGreen qPCR master mix utilizes the latest advances in polymerase technology and buffer chemistry to provide outstanding results on any DNA template including genomic, cDNA and viral sequences with the greatest efficiency. This all-in-one master mix requires little to no optimization. The 2x master mix uses an antibody-mediated hot start system that allows for a quick 2 minute activation step. This proprietary small molecular inhibitor technology prevents formation of primer dimers and non-specific products leading to improved reaction sensitivity and specificity.
The qPCRBIO SyGreen Mix utilizes a non-PCR inhibiting intercalating dye. The blue mix contains a non-reactive blue dye that allows for easy visualization during pipetting. Extremely low copy number targets can be detected specifically with the highest efficiency.
